\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2018I have worked at 4Winds since June 2019. My role is to support and enable people with mental health issues on their journey towards recovery. Sometimes this involves practical support such as help with housing, or signposting to different agencies and, sometimes it can be sitting with someone who is feeling very low, sometimes it involves using guided self-help resources.\u2018 (Nina retired in September 2022, but has re-joined the team on a part-time relief basis).

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2018I have worked at 4Winds since September 2019 but have worked within the sector for 26 years. My role as a Project Worker is varied and allows me to work with groups in the centre, in the community delivering training courses, and working 1:1 in 4Winds. This diversity allows myself and my colleagues to access a large number of people who require support and guidance whilst going through a difficult time.
