Los fideicomisarios ben\u00e9ficos son responsables de la gesti\u00f3n general de 4Winds, que incluye la planificaci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, las finanzas, la dotaci\u00f3n de personal y los servicios. 4Winds ha mantenido su esp\u00edritu de estar dirigido por el usuario y administrado por el usuario desde sus inicios; todos los fideicomisarios han vivido experiencias de problemas de salud mental.
