\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\u00abJe travaille chez 4Winds depuis d\u00e9cembre 1996 et j'appr\u00e9cie le soutien et les services fournis par l'organisation. 4Winds est tr\u00e8s inclusif et traite les gens avec respect et dignit\u00e9 quel que soit votre parcours. Il n'y a pas deux jours pareils chez 4Winds, mais le travail est tr\u00e8s gratifiant, sachant que vous avez fait une diff\u00e9rence dans la vie de quelqu'un, quelle que soit sa taille. Je pense que c'est une organisation tellement pr\u00e9cieuse.

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2018I have worked at 4Winds since June 2019. My role is to support and enable people with mental health issues on their journey towards recovery. Sometimes this involves practical support such as help with housing, or signposting to different agencies and, sometimes it can be sitting with someone who is feeling very low, sometimes it involves using guided self-help resources.\u2018 (Nina retired in September 2022, but has re-joined the team on a part-time relief basis).

My role as a Project Worker is varied and allows me to work with groups in the centre, in the community delivering training courses, and working 1:1 in 4Winds. This diversity allows myself and my colleagues to access a large number of people who require support and guidance whilst going through a difficult time.
