\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIl s'agit d'un petit groupe de personnes qui utilisent 4Winds et qui travaillent avec le personnel de 4Winds pour dispenser des formations \/ pr\u00e9sentations afin de sensibiliser \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale et de mettre en \u00e9vidence le travail de 4Winds. Le groupe a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d'organisations, y compris des centres pour l'emploi, le D\u00e9partement du travail des pensions, des conf\u00e9rences et des ateliers locaux et des institutions universitaires. Nous avons forg\u00e9 de bonnes relations de travail avec les deux universit\u00e9s de Cardiff et sommes maintenant des partenaires officiels des cours de travail social disponibles au dipl\u00f4me de premier cycle de l'Universit\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Cardiff et \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise en travail social de l'Universit\u00e9 de Cardiff. Ils ont vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 le chemin\u2026 et\u2026. ont pu partager leurs points de vue et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fascin\u00e9s par ce que vous leur avez dit sur l'approche de 4 Winds. Quelques-uns de mes \u00e9tudiants m'ont dit lors d'une r\u00e9union quelques jours plus tard qu'ils envisageaient maintenant de travailler dans les services de sant\u00e9 mentale sur la base de cette session! \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\u00abJ'\u00e9cris pour remercier les membres de 4Winds qui sont venus pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 un groupe de 48 \u00e9tudiants la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e du cours de ma\u00eetrise en travail social \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Cardiff. La contribution des membres et du personnel de 4 Winds a \u00e9t\u00e9 excellente. En effet, les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 signal\u00e9 au Care Council for Wales \u00e0 quel point ils appr\u00e9ciaient leur contribution et consid\u00e8rent leur visite comme l'un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus importants de leur apprentissage. J'\u00e9tais pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 leurs pr\u00e9sentations et j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 par la qualit\u00e9 de ce qu'ils avaient \u00e0 dire. Il \u00e9tait clair que les membres et le personnel de 4Winds \u00e9taient bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Ils ont parl\u00e9 clairement et professionnellement et ont donn\u00e9 une excellente image de ce que c'est que de vivre une mauvaise sant\u00e9 mentale et de ce qui aide et entrave le chemin du r\u00e9tablissement. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident que 4Winds en tant qu'organisation joue un r\u00f4le important dans ce voyage de r\u00e9tablissement. Pour les \u00e9tudiants, ils ont pu voir l'importance d'une approche de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et ont pu voir \u00e0 quel point 4Winds est important en tant que partenaires de coproduction pour leurs membres, mais aussi avec nous ici \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Cardiff. Je f\u00e9licite le client d'avoir partag\u00e9 ces informations personnelles et intimes avec nous. C'\u00e9tait courageux et extr\u00eamement courageux, ce qui, je pense, est en partie le reflet du travail que 4Winds a accompli avec elle, comme le renforcement de la confiance.
