Crisis Support

Crisis Support

Whilst 4Winds offers support to many people who are in crisis and also helps to prevent crises, we do not offer a crisis support service.

If you are in a crisis and need urgent help there are organisations that can help and remember that there is always someone you can talk to. Please find some options listed below:
hands, shake, encouragement

If you need to get help

  • Call your GP surgery. If it is out of their usual hours you will be redirected to the out of hours service.
  • Call 111 if you require urgent medical advice and cannot wait for a GP appointment. The adviser should be able to direct you to the best place for care and treatment. For more information visit https://digital.nhs.uk/services/nhs-111-online
  • Call 999 in a medical emergency, following a life-threatening accident or if you feel your life/the life of others is at risk
